この文章の the current financial situation と make 〜 difficult は同格ですか？そしてclothing とmakes が倒置しているという考えで大丈夫でしょうか？

従節(that節)
the current financial situation = S
makes = V
closing those sales = O
more difficult = C

closing those salesが動名詞のカタマリなのでわかりにくいかもしれませんが、
make O C の文です。

同格というのは、
基本的には
「ある名詞(句・節)A」と「別の名詞(句・節)B」があって、
Aに対してBが補足的な説明とかを加えてるような関係の時ですね。

なので、Eitarouさんがお考えの、
the current financial situation (名詞)
make ～ difficult (動詞？)
のような組み合わせでは成立しないと思われます～。
