Agree or disagree: Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers

I agree with the idea that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. I have two reasons to support my opinion.
The first reason is that Japanese companies can get a broader view of things by hiring them. For example, they have cultural differences. Therefore, Japanese companies can get new ideas. What is more, they can speak not only Japanese but also other language. All over the world is becoming globalization.Thus, It is very important for Japanese companies.
The second reason is that they can help Japanese Workforce. It is because Japan is becoming again population.
It is for these reasons that I think that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. In other words, they are indispensable for Japanese companies.

The world is becoming more globalized.
の方がいいと思います。

The second reason is that they can help Japanese Workforce.
これだと日本の労働力を助ける　なので変かと思います。おそらく言いたいことは日本の労働力不足を解消するということだと思うので
solve Japan's labor shortageの方がいいと思います。

Japan is becoming again population.
againではなくagingですか？
高齢化が進んでいる。とするなら
Japan is agingでいいです。もしくは
the population of Japan is aging
