間違っている箇所だけ挙げます。

6、しかし、でつなげずに、そうでなければ、という意味で考えます。

7、他のどんなワインに対しても、と述べているので、二つあるワインの内
どちらかが良いか、ならbetterを使うことが多いですが、ここでは、(二つ以上あるであろう多くの)他のどんなワインよりも優れている、という意味で考えます。
又、quality という言葉が使われているので、「質が高い、上質の」という意味を含む語がくる可能性が高い、と見立てることもできます。

2、but that it ~ は、but で接続されているので、わざわざthatをつけるのは不自然で、ここが間違いのような気がします。
