英語のリスニングがいつも上手く聞き取れません。 単語では聞き取れるんですが、文として聞き取ることができません。 また、聞いた英語を瞬時に日本語にできません。 どうすればうまく聞き取れますか？どんな練習をすれば良いですか？

答えは３だったのですが、 何故なのかが分かりません…😵‍💫 また、 ３の音程は２度である。 5の（エ）は1点トである。 6の（オ）と同じ音である。 が音楽が全然分からず理解できません。 分かりやすく教えて頂けたら嬉しいです。
