この問題の青線部の挿入部分のsayはなぜ必要なんですか?下の全文訳のどこにsayが現れてますか?また、挿入部分両脇にカンマがあって、sayの両脇にもカンマがあるのですごく訳しづらいのですが、挿入はどうすればうまく訳せるようになりますか?よろしくおねがいします
