there is 構文でないと文全体の主語が I なので、ここでsuch a quiet place が主語でbeingが動詞というのは少し無理があります。『私がーーである」というだけの時、例えば I dreamed of being a scientist.なら良いでしょうが、ここでは a place ですから there is 構文ですっきりします。beingだとまるでIが a placeみたいです。選択技からウが正解です。
