What is most important という文章で、whatをthe thing which （関係代名詞）とした場合、the thing which is most important となるのですが、whichとisはどんな関係なんですか？witchの後に主語（IやYou）がついていた場合の訳し方は分かるのですが、主語が無くwhichの後にBe動詞がきた時の訳し方が分かりません…長くなってしまって申し訳ないです
