俵物の輸出について
輸出が促進された背景には17世紀末に中国からの来航船が減り、貿易額も減少したため幕府が長崎貿易を統制したってあるんですけど、来航船や貿易額が減少しても俵物の輸出が促進されたのはなぜですか？背景も教えて欲しいです
