右の図のように,定円0と,この定円と交わらな
定線分ABがある. 定円0の周上を動く点Pにつ
いて PA'+PB2の最大値と最小値を求めたい.
PA'+PB2が最大となる点Pの位置と,最小とな
る点Pの位置を作図せよ.
