至急お願いします！
下の英文についてです。
to communicate 〜を形容詞的用法として使えない理由として、解説には
「名詞 to do （to 以下に名詞の欠落なし）の形で『〜な名詞』と読むことができるのは、①名詞とto VがS V関係になっている場合と
②名詞がtime やplaceなどの特殊なものである場合のみだ」
と書かれているのですが、よく分かりません。

別の問題では、文中で
the power to destory the whole of humankindや、the ability to speak Englishのように、S V関係が成り立たないにも関わらず「不定詞の形容詞的用法」としているものがあります。これらは、前文で挙げた②に該当するため、形容詞的用法でもありなのでしょうか。
