下の英文についてです。
赤で囲ったeven thoughの副詞節は、thatの副詞節の中に入りますか？それともこれは単独で使われていて、全体に意味がかかりますか？どちらが正しいか区別できず困っています。
理由も含めて教えていただけると助かります。
