It says most of (the jobs human beings are doing now will disappear) in the future.
"human beings are doing now"の部分が後ろから前の"the jobs"を修飾しています。
「それ(the magazine)には人間が今やっている仕事の大部分は消滅するでしょうと書いてあります｡」という意味です。
