(b)だけあってて、他は誤りと考えます。

誤ってる部分は以下の【　　】部分です。

(c) A death is【the】most painful experience for the human beings.
(d) Death is one of【the】most painful experiences for human beings.

〔理由〕
最上級でtheが省略される時は、後ろに名詞を伴わない時です。
(原則次の2パターン)

① 副詞の最上級 He studies【hardest】of all
② 形容詞だけど補語　The rain was【heaviest】then.

この原則でいけば、(a),(c),(d)は、いずれも名詞(experience)がいるので、
【the】をつけるべきかと思われます。
(ただ、厳密に言えばどれも誤りというほどの誤りな気がしませんが・・・)
