なぜ

となるのでしょうか？

この作り方は
「あなたは<それ>が一番大事だと思ってる」
You think <it> is most important.
↓itをwhatにして前に持ってくる
What you think is most important.
「あなたが一番大事だと思ってる<もの>」
です。
