Ido not think that Japan's pet industry will
continue to grow during the next decade
for the following two reasons.
First, having a pet needs considerable
cost such as food expenses and medical
expenses. Almost people think it is difficult
to have pets for a long time judging from
their cost.
「Second, not a few people who think
having pet is inconvenient. For
example,there are a lot of restrictions such
as travel and to go outside. Also there aew
some apartments which do not allow pets.
Ithink a lot of people hesitate to have pets
because their lives are restricted.」
According to the reasons stated above l
do not think that Japan's pet industry will
continue to grow in the near future.

2つ目は、ペットを飼うことは不便なことも
あると思う人は少なくない。
例えば旅行や外出時、制限が多いことであ
る。また、ペット禁止のアパートなどもあ
る。私は、ペットを飼うことで制限がされる
のためペットを飼うことをためらう人が多い
と思う。

1. not a few people(S1) [who(S2) think(V2) <(that)(接続詞)having pet(S3) is(V3) inconvenient(C3)>].
※not a few people の動詞がない
→　not a few people(S1) think(V1) <(that) having a pet(S2) is(V2) inconvenient(C2)>.
2. there are a lot of restrictions such as travel and to go outside
※travel(旅をする、移動する)やgo outside(外出する)はrestrictions(制限)ではない
→　there are a lot of restrictions when you travel or go outside.
3. because their lives are restricted. → because their lives are made restricted.
彼らの生活が制限されているのではなく、彼らの生活が制限されるようになるからである。
※having pets(S) makes(V) their lives(O) restricted(C) → their lives are made restricted by having pets

Second, those who think having pet is inconvenient is not a few. Because there are a lot of restrictions. For example, when you are going on a trip or even going outside. Also, there are some apartments which do not allow their residents to have pets. I think a lot of people hesitate to have pets because their lives will be more restricted.
