主語に要注意です。
First of all の文で、small companies を主語にしましたが、働くのは会社ではなく人間です。なので、
→ people are able to work using their own skills at small companies
そのあとにthanが来ていたので、work のあとにmore を入れるといいと思います。
→ work more using their own skills at small companies than at large ones.

4行目はよくわかりません、、、5行目の最後は、decide to jude? lerder???

6行目　because のあとは、they can work “their” waysです。because の前の文はなんと言いたいのでしょうか？
