Scenery would be the actual place while view would be what you see from a certain vantage point.
The scenery along the two hour drive is beautiful. You don't really use view here.
The view from their hotel window was wonderful.
You could use scenery here but view is better since it is one point looking at the scene.
Scenery implies the whole area
View is one eye shot of that area not the whole place necessarily.

Which sentence is true, what is the difference between A and B?
Or how is the difference between A and B?
What is the difference is more natural.
How is the difference is sometimes said but it sounds like a little kid when said that way.
