must は助動詞なので後ろの動詞は原形で使います。
なのでhadにはなりません。
それと、must have 過去分詞「〜したに違いない」
という意味になります。
他にもwould have 過去分詞「〜だっただろう」
cannot (can’t ) have 過去分詞「〜したはずがない」
という意味になります。
70番も同じ考え方で大丈夫です。
