の英訳が「It is quite natural that Scott get angry 」なのですが、
どうしてget に三単現のsがつかないのですか？

shouldが省略されてるからです。
shouldにはべきのshould、びっくりのshould、ガックリのshould、当たり前だのshouldというのがあるのです。It is 形容詞 thatの形容詞の部分に来る語がshouldを使えと要求しているのです。
例）
It was surprising that she love you.びっくり
It was a pity that she love you.ガックリ
It was natural that she love me.当たり前だ

他にも提案要求系の他動詞にもthat内にshouldを使い省略されるのでこれも覚えておくと良いでしょう。
例）
I ordered that she go there.
I suggested that she go there.
I advised that she go there.
I required that she go there.
