getting worse more and moreという形も見られるので、ありだとは思われます。

ですが、学校などの試験においては、

比較級(worse) + 比較級(more) and 比較級(more)

という形は採点者によっては不正解とするかもしれませんので、

worse and worse の形の方が無難かと思われます。
