並列の問題だと思うんですが、「,」「and」「or」と多すぎて何と何がand並列で何と何がorの並列なのかわかりません。

A.B.and.Cの形なのかなと思いました！
accommodation.charges.expenses
includingとtuitionはカンマで挟まれているのでMで括れます
orは前後の動詞2つだと思います！
