仮定法過去完了は (旧+S+had +過去分調~, s'+ would Ccould/might/should]+ have 十過去分
調)という形で「もしSが~であったら, S は…であった[できた1だろう」 という意味。過去の事実に反
する内容を述べるときに用いる。
