リスニングの上達法を教えてください。 レベルとしては、共通テスト模試で平均して60〜80点ですが、自信を持って解答できる問題が全体の5割程度で、残りは完全な勘とまではいかずとも何となく雰囲気で答えたり、問題文から推測で答えたりしてるのがたまたま当たってるみたいな感じです。 今行っている勉強法は、共テ形式問題を1回分解き、採点。そして各問題ごとにディクテーションをして答えをみながら何回か聞く、というのを繰り返しています。 問題なのが、自分の感覚として英文が空耳と似ていて、最初は民族語のように何を言ってるのか分からなくて、1回答えをみたらそうとしか聞こえないという状態がずっと続いていて、いくら勉強してもその段階から成長せず、初見で理解が全く追いつかないことです。(中には答えを見てもそんなこと言っとらんやろって時もあります。) 調べてみてもテクニックなどしか出てこず、根本的に聞こえないことに関してはあまり言及されていなかったので、出来れば昔は自分と似たような感覚だったのがこんな事をしたら、こんなことに意識を置いて聞いたらだんだん聞こえるようになった、みたいなことを知りたいです。回答お願いします。
