〜is not easy to understand for people,but,they will listen carefully if your topics are wonderful.

文法的には、understandの位置なんですが　is notの後ろには動詞が2個続いてしまうためできないんですね。
なのでeasyを先に持ってきて　to で繋げていきます。
あとはtopicを単数系で用いたかったら冠詞を忘れないように！！！！！
