①も②も 英語でこれ(この花)はなんて言うの？と訳します。ほぼ同じ。
①は人によってですが、ド忘れした時に『何だっけ？』のニュアンスで使うことが多いです。
③はあなたなら何て言う？のニュアンスになり、意見を聞くときに使うため、この場合には使いません。
