文法的な部分では、7行目の
but local areas, clean air and safe food grows.
を書き換える必要があります。
書かれた文だと、clean airもgrowになってしまうので、safe(safer) food grows in clean air.などと書くといいです。

あとはいいと思いますが、内容で、ひとつめの理由でlocalとcity centerを比較していますが、localは田舎という意味はありません。
東京の人であれば東京がlocalです。
ですので、比較の対象があまり最適ではないかなと思います。

それでもそこまで減点はされないと思います。
