I agree that all people should be able to enter museums for free.
Firstly, they can enter museum without preparing. In many cases, if they do not enter museums for nothing, the cost is likely to get worse and worse. However, by entering them, they will not have money.
Secondly, this attempt will become a public concern. For example, it can provide a good opportunity for them to consider learning environment. Without entering museum for free, they all could not have such an opportunity.
In conclusion, I strongly agree with opinion.
