be動詞にはふたつの働きがあります。確認してください。
①主語と＝の関係➡この場合、第２文型
例 Mike is a high school student. マイク＝高校生
②主語の存在を表す ～がある（いる）➡この場合第１文型
例 The shop is near the station.
