※事実：the boy is(現在) not an adult → 仮定：as if he were(過去) an adult
(2) Hina talks <as if she [had visited] the moon before>. 比奈は、＜まるでこれまでに月を訪れたことがあるかのように＞話します。
※事実：she [has never visited](現在完了：経験) the moon before. → 仮定法：she [had visited] the moon before
(3) It''s about time he [knew](過去) the truth. もう彼が本当のことを知ってもいい頃です。
※It is (about) time＋S＋～ed(過去)　もうSが～する時間・時期・頃です
