agree
that we should limit the number of visitors.
I have two reasons.
First, Some of foreign people don't know Japanese manner.
so they can make the places such as castles and temples
durty. Visiting many people connects increasing of garbages.
Second, Visiting many tourists to the famous places cause crowding
Increasing people affects that Japanese people doesn't try to visit there
aggressive
Therefore I think that limit the number of visitors to keep
historical singht and for Japanese people.

と言いたいのは分かりますが変です.

aggressiveは攻撃的なイメージなので△.
積極的はactivelyがいいかも.
avoid の後はing.
