この文章の和訳を和訳したいのですが構造が取りにくいです。
この文の訳し方を教えてください。
"If all mankind minus one," cried Mill, "were of one opinion, and only one person were of the contrary opinion, mankind would be no more justified in silencing that one person, than he, if he had the power, would be justified in silencing mankind."

Cried mill は挿入なのでまぁ文頭で訳してもらっていいでしょう。
文章全体は、if... , wouldの 構文ですね。そのため、二段落目のand はif の中に入るのではないでしょうか。
4段落目の than he の後がコンマなのは謎ですが、全体がif ... ,would の構文ととれば大丈夫と思います。
