中１なので、数A1のやり方ではないかもしれないのですが、
キャンディ 108個、
クッキー 198個
108と198の最大公約数は18なので、
18人に、キャンディは108÷18＝6個ずつ、
クッキーは198÷18＝11個ずつ配ればいいんじゃないでしょうか？
