I can't see my grandmother without feeling sad,as she is any more the wise woman that she used to be.

この文の中に間違いがあって、any more あたりが怪しいかなと予想してるのですがどう直せばいいかわかりません。
理由含め教えてほしいです！

じゃないでしょうか？
関係代名詞のwhatを使った慣用表現で、
what S used to be … 過去のS
と表すことができます。
多分それかなと思ったんですが…
