この感嘆文のitから後の順はどうしてこうなるのですか？
感嘆文で動詞で終わらないパターンがわからないです…

元はIt is 形容詞 thatの形の文です。
これで主語はIt 動詞はis 形容詞はniceなので
How 形容詞 S V！の形に当てはめると
How nice it is of you to come to our party!
となります。
元の文は
It is nice of you to come to our party.
(It is nice that you come to our party.)
となります。
2行目のthat節を取り除く際に、youの前にof(今回は特にその人の性質に触れているので),comeの前に不定詞のtoを置きます。
