They say that SVの書き換えについてなのですが、
It is said that S V と S is said to doがあります。
⑴後者のto doのdo を過去形にするときは全部have p.pにするのでしょうか？前者もhave p.pにしますか？
⑵
①It is believed that he has made a fortune in his youth.
②He is beleved that he made a fortune in his youth.
③He is beleved to have made a fortune in his youth.
④He is believed to make a fortune in his youth.
という四択問題がありました。
まず、②は公式と違うので× ④はin his youth とかこのことを表しているのでは×
答えは③なのですが、なぜ①がだめなのかわかりません。
教えてくだいお願いします。
