五番は切れていてわかりませんが、素直に言いますとそれ以外全部逆です。とりあえず簡易的に書いておきます。none=no+名詞 。
not とhardlyの相殺により肯定文になっている。not+either。誰もいない=nobody。not to←これは鉄則。
