正誤問題で
[①The Allied Forces] have made [②an announcement] on Wednesday that the will [③have suspended] operations for the next [④six months].
これ間違いなのは③で、解説には「未来の予定を表しているから、必要なのは未来時制である」と書いてあり、haveが要らないということになっているのですが、なぜ未来完了形にしてはいけないのですか？
ちなみに自分はannouncementが不可算名詞なのではないかと思って②にしたのですが違いました…
