キラーT細胞は自身で抗原受容体を捕らえて、抗原を攻撃するとかいてあり、
B細胞は受容体を受け取って抗体を生産すると書いてありますが、
B細胞は受容体を受け取っているのですが、抗原受容体を受け取っていない（認識するだけ？）自身で攻撃できないのですか？
