が間違えた構文ですかね?
come true は〜を実現するという他動詞ではなくあくまで自動詞なので後ろにdream を取れません。
また48の方はlook the same as you were となると思われます。you were の後にwhen節を持ってくることで具体的な「若かりし頃」という過去を表してます。
