何か特別なことが隠れているわけでは無いと思います
言うならばandが隠れているかな。
It’s what you do that matters and It’s not the way you do that matters (重要であるのは人が何をするかであって、人がするやり方は重要ではない)と繰り返し同じことを言うのもなんですし、省略しているだけです。
