Stonehenge is connected to the River Avon by an approach called an "avenue".
So Dr.Pearson thought that there should be another avenue leading from Durrington Walls to the Avon.
He kept on searching in the area and at last found it.
From his study,he has developed the following new theory.
The wood circles and Stonehenge were not independent of each other
