Date 1 Summary One day, Linus was excited because the home team a foot ball game. has won But Chavile Brown thought "How did the other team feel? Because he hay experienced failure himself. So, he understands the feeling of the other people who fail. In many ways, Charlie Brown himself is a loser. But charlie Brown never really loses. He never feels Sorry for himself. He always hopes for a better day. tomorrow and keeps on trying. Perhaps it is the way to be a real winner. My Answer , I don't think charile Brown is a failure. Beause anyone who can do anything well. So, It is natural things that he has experienced failure himself. I will make my mind to never to give up I think a real winner is constantly-growing. Charile Brown keeps on trying too.. It is important to never to give up to be a real winner.

文頭に否定の副詞が来た場合の訳し方について質問です。 例えば下の英文だと、no→0個として、「医療研究開発の0個の分野において、その会社は肝細胞の研究と同じくらい国外の競合他社に遅れている。」と訳したのですが、これで良いのでしょうか？この場合比較の基準が「遅れの度合い」で、比較対象が"ゼロ個の分野"と"肝細胞の分野"ということですか？ 教えていただけると嬉しいです。

英文解釈で質問があって、 この文のように副詞とかで囲ってかたまりとしてみる時にどこまでがかたまりを作っているのかが分かりません。 例えばこの例文ならas a mother talksとto her childを副詞の()を分けてかたまりを作ると考えてました。 to meが前の動詞talkedにかかっていて、私に話しかけたみたいな感じでかかっているのと同じように他の文もなんの品詞にかかっているかを1度日本語訳をして考えればいいんですか？ またこの文の訳し方がよく分かりません。 彼女は私に話しかけた、このasは~ようにまだはわかるんですけどそれ以外の訳し方が分かりません。 文読みずらくてすみません。よろしくお願いします。

分詞構文に書き換える問題です。この時はまだ習ってなかったのでWorkingと迷いなく書いてましたがこの後、主節より前のことはHaving+過去分詞で表すと習いました。そうなると、働いた→出会った→結婚した の順だからHaving workedになりませんか？2つ目もなせFeeling thirstyになるのでしょうか💧

テストの解答にでていた英文和訳の訳が以下のようになっていました。 「for you の部分がeasyにかかるように、必ず「きみ（あなた）にとって」「きみ（あなた）には」としなさい」（テストの解説）。そう訳していない人（「～は」とか「～が」と訳した人）はみんなバツになりました。ちなみに日本語の辞書では「～にとって」「～には」というのは「～の立場からみると」「～の基準では」という意味だそうです。 なぜかなのか解説してください。 It is easy for you to read this book. 「この本を読むことはきみにとって（きみには）易しいことだ」 This book is easy for you to read. 「きみにとって（きみには）この本は読みやすい」
