一緒にご飯を食べる事で、親睦を深めることが出来るから 的な感じの解答にしたいなって思っているのですが、どう英語で表現すればいいかわからないです☹️どなたか助けて下さい

I think it is good idea to eat lunch togather becouse we can get to know each other.

・get to know each other
「お互いを知るようになる」→「仲が深まる」
ほかに「仲良くなる」という表現は
・get along well
なんかもあります

It is because we can become friendly with each other over lunch.
「親睦を深める」は「親しくなる」と換言できるので become friendly と訳しました。
over lunch で「昼食を食べながら」という意味です。
