Many books and magazines are available online.
Many books and magazines are available for online purchase.(オンラインで購入できる）

getを使う場合は、「最近は（私達は）多くの本や雑誌をインターネットで入手（ゲット）出来る」という言い方はできます。
We can get many books and magazines on the internet today.
