写真の青線部についてですが、主節の主語と同じであることから whenの後の主語は省略されていて、
その(意味上の)主語は文頭のAnother important distinctionにあたると思うのですが、これをconsideringの主語として考えると、「もう一つ重要な線引きは〜を考える」というぎこちない訳になってしまうのですが、青線部の主語はやはりAnother important distinctionでしょうか？(S+beの省略は主節と主語が同じときに起きると習いました。)解説おねがいします。
