文頭に否定の副詞が来た場合の訳し方について質問です。 例えば下の英文だと、no→0個として、「医療研究開発の0個の分野において、その会社は肝細胞の研究と同じくらい国外の競合他社に遅れている。」と訳したのですが、これで良いのでしょうか?この場合比較の基準が「遅れの度合い」で、比較対象が"ゼロ個の分野"と"肝細胞の分野"ということですか? 教えていただけると嬉しいです。

英文解釈で質問があって、 この文のように副詞とかで囲ってかたまりとしてみる時にどこまでがかたまりを作っているのかが分かりません。 例えばこの例文ならas a mother talksとto her childを副詞の()を分けてかたまりを作ると考えてました。 to meが前の動詞talkedにかかっていて、私に話しかけたみたいな感じでかかっているのと同じように他の文もなんの品詞にかかっているかを1度日本語訳をして考えればいいんですか? またこの文の訳し方がよく分かりません。 彼女は私に話しかけた、このasは~ようにまだはわかるんですけどそれ以外の訳し方が分かりません。 文読みずらくてすみません。よろしくお願いします。

分詞構文に書き換える問題です。この時はまだ習ってなかったのでWorkingと迷いなく書いてましたがこの後、主節より前のことはHaving+過去分詞で表すと習いました。そうなると、働いた→出会った→結婚した の順だからHaving workedになりませんか?2つ目もなせFeeling thirstyになるのでしょうか💧
