書き始め、I agree with ですが、with のあとは名詞しか置けません。with のあとを見ると、主語+動詞の文を書かれていますから、with ではなくthatと書きます。

動詞の形にも気をつけてください。
ひとつ目の理由で、if they thinking とingを書かれていますが、thinkです。
同じく10行目にある they can learnedのlearnedは助動詞canのあとなので、原形のlearnと書きます。
