このような文の構造のとき使える単語は「whose, which, where, when, that」などですが、この文に1番意味として合うのがwhichなのでそれを使います。あと文の訂正をさせていただくと、「which instrument she didn't enjoy」ではなく、「which is the instrument she didn't enjoy」の方が良いと思います！
