should build tourist sites such as theme parks
and museums. This will be an opportunity to
save money in order to deal with accidents and
keep their population.
Firstly, if local governments do not build tourist
sites, the government can save a lot of money
because construction costs are very expensive.
Thus the governments can use the money in
order to treat troubles such as epidemics or
disasters.
Moreover, if the governments construct tourist
sites, more and more tourists visit the local
regions. Thus, the number of people who want
to live there quietly increases.
For these reasons, I do not think it necessary
that local governments should build tourist sites
such as theme parks and museums.
