過マンガン酸カリウム水溶液の濃度を特定するために、シュウ酸２水和物を用いて酸化還元反応が起こる時
シュウ酸水溶液に硫酸を加えて水溶液を酸性にするとありますが、
①なぜ酸性にするのですか？
②この時硫酸の代わりに塩酸は硝酸を使うことが出来ないのはなぜですか？
